Does everyone remember this video that made the social media rounds a few years back:
I love it. Totally inspiring. This girl is killing it.
I have wondered, since I saw that video, what would happen if I did push-ups every day for 100 days or even 30 days or maybe even 5 days?
I have extremely weak arms. Part of this is a bum wrist on my right hand, which makes no sense to me, as I've not had an injury. This is why I don't go to yoga classes. The wrist is so weak it makes some poses impossible.
Ha. I like to use words like 'impossible.' Then I like to go onto Pinterest get inspired.

I mean....am I a fool? No.
So, for 30 days straight, I'll be doing push-ups.
My expectation is that I may build a minimal amount of strength and be able to do 5x the amount of push-ups I can do now.
Before that sounds badass: I can't do one full push-up now. I tried when I started the whole what if process last night. Nope. Not one. I can do half push-ups, where my elbows bend and I catch myself before falling. But I can't do one total, complete push-up.
I blame it on the wrists.
I guess we'll see. Thirty straight days. Starting off at less-than one push-up.

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend. I cannot believe it's December. Where did 2017 go?
